 POLICIES - Shipping, Returns & FAQ

 

UNITED STATES SHIPPING & HANDLING:

We ship to the US via FedEx Express or USPS.  For any shipping questions please email magalidesigns@gmail.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Interested in a MAGALI product and live overseas?  Contact us at magalidesigns@gmail.com to discuss further.

 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME:

Credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before shipping.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Due to the holiday rush, please allow 2 weeks to ship bag.  We will work to get orders out in time for Christmas time.  We will email you if your purchase is will take longer to ship due to special circumstances or will not make it in time for Christmas holiday.  

 

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

If you have a special request you'd like to inquire about, please instead notify us via our contact  page. If we receive your request prior to your order processing and it is a request we are able to honor, we are happy to do so at that time.

 

PAYMENT:

We accept your payment by checking account, echeck, PayPal, or credit card. We also have gift certicates.  Please note that we charge for all items at point of sale rather than at point of shipment.

SALES TAX: Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax only in our home state of California.

RETURNS:

We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for merchandise exchange or refunds on a case by case basis.  To initiate a return, please email us: magalidesigns@gmail.com.
